Beloved Ones,

There is a sense of accomplishment on the inner planes as the cosmic alignments and human activities are taking place upon your planet. Your loving energies have been given and applied where it is needed the most and every particle has been utilized for the highest good of all, with loving gratitude and appreciation for your efforts. You are loved so very much by your Family of Light! Every particle of Light expands and fills all the places and spaces that are shifting as the shadows recede and in this way is growing exponentially. It is touching the hearts of all upon the planet, and even those who keep trying to douse the holy flame burning within their own heart. It is a time for deep reflection upon that which still needs to be purged and released from every person’s soul and looking deeply within self is a conscious choice that requires total honesty and courage. The fire within you demands such scrutiny and you are capable of it as you continue to follow your own star!

Following your own star means choosing to be your own best friend. It means lavishing kindness, compassion and love upon your own being, and remembering that you are an openhearted soul who is goodness incarnate. Release the past experiences where that goodness was taken advantage of by others who did not take the high road as do you. Let go of the wounds within you that these actions placed upon your soul. You were and are innocent and you are not responsible for the souls who choose to stay in the old paradigm levels of staying small. Let go of the need to ‘save’ them from themselves and their own choices. Nurture yourself and walk tall upon your world, for your Light and your goodness is very much appreciated, as is your ability to expand that Light in ever widening circles of radius. Sooner or later, this will touch all hearts in an opening and expanding way.

Success comes to you as a result of your own efforts and you have all that you need to move forward in the fruition of your dreams, goals and visions. You are ones who must always share the gifts you receive with others, for that is your very nature and you must always be true to self. Give honour to the feminine aspect within you by choosing to work with others in a cooperative manner and by the showing of respect for the diversity of all people. The feminine energy manifests in each individual as a willingness to learn new ways to make one’s ideals and ideas workable. The feminine energy places the importance of life first by taking care of the Earth and all her inhabitants. The feminine influence and foremost law is that there be harm to none. This includes an acknowledgement and honouring of the air, water, fire, earth and cosmic elements for their contribution to the beauty and evolvement of the planet. Everything works together for the common good of all. This is the direction that life upon your planet is once again headed and which will once again prevail.

You have learned that positive thought creates positive change on the Earth. Your efforts to create a world where everyone’s real needs are met, where everyone is free, respected and equal has been and is, creating changes within individual consciousness which in turn is vital and most helpful in group and world consciousness. When there are storms, visualize the winds gentling, the storms easing, the tornado’s moving away from populated areas. Where there is a trouble spot in the world, send love and compassion to heal it and to lessen its pain. Be brave and project healing thoughts of love to your planet, to all her inhabitants and all her elements. As the collective consciousness changes so does the Earth move and evolve in that direction also. This is the beauty of peaceful and positive change that comes through mindful and loving intention.

There is a need to support each other and the Earth. Send love and gratitude to your planet for her fidelity to you, her inhabitants. She has been in a holding pattern for many years, trying to wait for humanity to awaken and join her in the great opportunity that has now come forth for all. She is ready to move forward on her Ascension into the higher dimensions. She wants to take you along with her. When you align in Oneness with the Earth Mother, many miracles of healing and restoration will take place.

March traditional aspects include the name of the full moon, Storm or Wakening Moon; the color green; the flowers jonquil and daffodil; the tree is alder or dogwood; the gemstone aquamarine; the creature is the crow: the message is to grow, prosper, and explore; the communal event is the celebration of the Vernal Equinox, the point in the yearly cycle when we achieve balance between light and dark, day and night, as the Sun will be directly over the equator. This year March 8 marked the beginning of daylight saving time. solar eclipse The month of March was named after Mars, which interestingly is conjunct with Venus in Aries this month, signifying a time for a new balanced understanding of the masculine with the feminine. The astrology for March is very powerful this year, with an intense culmination of over two and a half years of Uranus square Pluto, along with the total solar eclipse, making it a time of significant breakthroughs. March 20 is the end of the twelfth sign of Pisces and the start of the first sign of Aries to initiate the new astrological year, aligning with first day of Spring. Been feeling kind of strange, ungrounded, unusually exhausted, fuzzy or depressed? Has the shift into the new vibration made your chi look like Swiss chi? No surprise – as you are indeed experiencing a “Soul-quake” at an unprecedented magnitude! Here’s a list of common ascension symptoms. Everyone is experiencing some of these symptoms even if they are not aware. Many Lightworkers are experiencing more of the symptoms as they are aware of the changes and are dedicated to doing their inner work. Note from Colleen: This is a comprehensive list of Ascension symptoms. I have had experienced most of these symptoms throughout the years. Right now, personally, I’m experiencing a buzzing vibration in my body. Sometimes it is in my legs (especially left leg) and it feels like I have a cell phone on vibrate~~weird feeling. Sometimes the vibration is in my torso. After several hours of feeling this sensation, it can become irritating. Sleep ~ This is an on-going one that changes every few months. For about a week, I found myself waking up at exactly 3am and staying awake until 6am. I’m glad that’s over. I’ve slept well the last couple of days. Weight gain ~ I’ve gained about 10 lbs in about two months time for no apparent reason (I haven’t changed my eating habits). Now to lose it! Weeping/crying over all things beautiful and/or heart rending Take a look at the list and see which symptoms you are experiencing. Remember, if you are concerned that a symptom could be more serious than an ascension symptom, please consult your health practitioner. As a rule of thumb, ascension symptoms come and go. Take care of yourself. Be kind to yourself and others. Self Love is essential as we ride the wave of ascension. SYMPTOMS: Physical: ▪ High degree of stress, anxiety – but no apparent reason for this – New energy coming in and pushing old – patterns, beliefs, behaviors to the surface for release. ▪ Extreme exhaustion/fatigue – due to our bodies transforming into a crystalline structure to reside in higher dimension – becoming less dense – this takes an incredible amount of energy ▪ Adrenal stress, blow-out or fatigue – may be occurring at varying degrees depending upon where you are on your journey, how you run and process energy and stress, sleep you are getting and foods you are eating. ▪ Sleeplessness ▪ Inability to wake up or periods of deep sleeping – rest period after a lot of energy has come in, preparing for another period of intense inflow of energy, processing another leap in expansion or vibration ▪ Waking up at odd hours – or waking up at the same time on the clock each night ▪ Neck pain/stiffness ▪ Foot pain, lower leg pain, stiffness and aching – ‘old man syndrome’ – i.e., feeling the need to shuffle along while you walk or barely able to walk or move – all due to grounding onto the new earth and taking in the new energies into the body via the feet and legs ▪ Low and mid-back pain and discomfort – sometimes severe – often between the shoulder blades – also known as ‘sprouting the angel wings’ ▪ Night sweats/hot flashes – mock menopause, burning off the lower and denser aspects of ourselves and dark energies ▪ Feeling cold with inability to get warm ▪ Sinus pressure/headaches/migraines and lots of congestion – opening of crown chakra to allow intake of more energy and greater connection to higher realms, activation of pineal and pituitary glands to increase intuitive and psychic abilities ▪ Joint and muscle aches, pain and stiffness ▪ Loss of memory – short term – what did I just do, say, eat, read, can’t remember appointments, commitments, etc. – longer term – can’t remember what you did, said, wore last week or last month. ▪ Lack of ability to concentrate/lack of focus ▪ Loss of appetite ▪ OR Feeling ravenous/hungry all the time or at certain times – craving for sweets ▪ Need to eat often – craving for protein ▪ Weight gain – abdominal area – need to expand our being to carry more weight as we are becoming so light we need to ground ourselves on the earth and not float away – also a way to create a layer of “protection” so to speak around our power charkas – from the lower vibrating energies when we interact with them ▪ OR weight loss – no longer need to “hold on” to extra weight or our bodies have adapted to the expansion and so do not need to be literally bigger to hold more light – can do it energetically. ▪ Digestive/digestive tract issues – constipation, loose stool, stomach upset/discomfort/pain, bloating and indigestion, inability to properly digest food – due to your vibration and the vibration of the food you are consuming no longer aligning, the cleansing and clearing out of your system of all lower vibrating ‘poop’ you have been carrying around – physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually, as well as preparation of you ‘Gut’ to begin to take on the role of the ‘Golden Stove’ or area of purification where you can literally cleanse yourself from any dark, toxic or negative energies that may be experienced either externally in your environments or created internally by you ▪ Tastes in food change – for example you may notice you lose a taste for and stop eating meat ▪ Eating certain kinds of foods – particularly processed and foods with high amounts of sugar (even natural sugar), salt and fat – causes you to shake – inside and out ▪ Allergies – new ones develop or acting up of current or old ones ▪ Strange rashes ▪ Itchy skin – sometimes feels like something crawling on your skin ▪ Intermittent muscle twitching – in limbs, fingers, etc. ▪ Heart pain and palpitations – feels like your heart is racing – acclimating to higher and more intense energies, opening and activating of heart chakra ▪ Difficulty breathing – difficult to take a deep breath or like you can’t catch your breath ▪ Blurred vision – seeing with new eyes in the new vibration, inability to see what is next or see your truth or true self as it emerges ▪ Dizziness/Vertigo/Loss of Balance ▪ Feeling out of body, not grounded, not present, untethered, spacey , not ‘here’ anymore – walking between two worlds or dimensions or in new dimension and not fully present to it ▪ Ringing in the ears ▪ Loss of ability to (remember how to) write/write certain words/spell/speak and even comprehend – due to jumping back and forth between dimensions, disconnect – not aligned with time – part of you is here and part of you has jumped to the other dimension ▪ Heightened sensitivity to sound, light and smell, energies around you – tuning up your frequency/vibration ▪ Things no longer sounding normal – have a ‘tinny’, hollow or strange sound to them ▪ “Ascension Flu” ▪ Buzzing, Vibrating sensation or feeling of electricity moving through your body – new and higher energies being taken in to the body, process of expansion, activation of chakras, solar discs, your solar light body and shifting of your DNA Emotional: ▪ Depression – clearing out negative lower vibrating energies ▪ Panic ▪ Anxiety ▪ Confusion ▪ Lack of Clarity ▪ Fear, terror ▪ Feelings of hysteria ▪ Suicidal ▪ Weeping ▪ Apathy – feeling blah ▪ Sometimes feeling nothing at all – in a place of no feeling – can be disconcerting but this is a clear space and often comes just before or after a major transition point and before we put our human/ego labels on or in to what we are feeling or should be feeling – this is not the same as numb or disassociated/disconnected ▪ Feeling of emptiness – another form of this no feeling or nothingness – feeling nothing – no thing and often comes with desire to immediately fill oneself up – usually with food – sugar – or with tasks – “doingness”

Beloved Ones,

As you each follow your own star and go within often, you begin to enjoy sitting in the stillness of your soul where there is peace beyond understanding. This is your special place, your sacred sanctuary, your sacred Temple. This sacred place makes everything you are passing through worthwhile and relevant. Therein lay worlds of infinite possibilities like golden treasure waiting to be found. You can remember all that you have ever known and experienced within this sacred space, you can reconnect with your true and authentic self, the innocent self, the liberated self. The inner life is calling to you during these times and many of you are answering that call. Much will be discovered, pondered upon and assimilated as you discover the roots that connect you to the Divine. Once this divine connection occurs, there is nothing that can ever tempt you to go back to the way it was. All is becoming clearer, all is changed.

A sublime joy and gratitude becomes your everyday song, you cannot stop smiling as you truly see the great beauty that surrounds you, in your environment, in your relationships, in your daily life and every nuance of it. Life and vitality flow through your veins and it is so good to be alive in each moment. With great appreciation you offer thanks to the Divine for the goodness and sweetness that is your life, the angelic beings who are your partners in life; and the soul family who love you through thick and thin. It is on Earth now as it is in Heaven and all is right with the world. You understand that it is your own perception that has been shifted into feeling this new consciousness, this new connection, this new state of being. Your body literally vibrates with a constant flow of energy and this is a sign that you are now firmly on the right track, the path of light that you chose to walk in this lifetime.

Now you begin to understand and appreciate the journey that has brought you to this point. If you had not experienced the times of trial, tribulation and challenge, you could not appreciate the feeling you are now experiencing, the contrast between the two polarities would not now be felt so deeply. Give yourselves a pat on the back and say well done! Reward yourselves with something that represents a treat for you, pause and take a moment to appreciate the gift. Yes, there is more work and effort ahead but you now realize that it is these moments and these personal revelations that make life more meaningful. As you anchor more of your divinity into your physical body, the changes within it seem miraculous, even to you who have firmly believed that it was possible. The evidence of it’s manifestation removes all doubt.

From this point on, your personal guides who have been with you from the drawing of your first breath upon this planet and the new ones that have been recently assigned to you will guide you more deeply and powerfully to the mission that you have chosen to fulfill. This mission is not one that is something that will be almost impossible to accomplish, your mission is always aligned and tailored to your life and the needs that are most important to you. It is now a path of joy and happiness that you walk and while you do this, you bless everyone around you with whom you come in contact. The energy of joy and happiness is most contagious and uplifting and is a welcome balm to the weary souls who long in true hope for a better way, a better life. The light that radiates from within you inspires the same state of being within others.

Add your energies in group focus and know that it is magnified a million times by your Family of Light. Intend that it is so and it shall be done!
