Humans who act as Spiritual Channels have been pushing up against mainstream consensus for years, sharing that they have directly had contact with extraterrestrials. Abductees, military personnel, whistleblowers, even reputable scientists have been thoroughly tested by a vast range of neurologists, hypnotists, psychologists, etc., proving undisputedly that these people have had contact with ETs, some of which is reported to be both positive and negative.

1) The Essassani
The Essassani are technically our reptilian, grey-human hybrid relatives. Back in the day, a species called the Greys came to Earth. According to reports, they had genetically mutated themselves to the point of not being able to reproduce anymore. They could only survive through cloning.
We agreed to share our genetics with them so that we could alter their course of history and future. Most abduction experiences had to do with this genetic course-correction, and was very confusing for humans. We on some level agreed to this relationship.
Since then an entirely new breed of beings was created, which were already far more advanced than we, and were given a prepared planet for them to inhabit that has allowed them to advance, evolve and grow rapidly, without ever being as primitive as our own journey on Earth.
They are in a way our direct relatives, and are here to support us during our evolutionary path. They assist us in staying the course of the most-preferred reality we would like to create, desirably one of peace and harmony. The Essassani are indeed a benevolent and loving race. They have a close relationship to their higher-selves, are extremely playful, and love to reflect back our hunger to understand ourselves better.

2) The Yahyel (Aka The Shalanaya)
The Yahyel are a gorgeous and graceful species of hybrid beings. They are said to radiate very pure solar-golden energy, and are one of the closest interstellar relatives we have.
They will be the first race to make open-contact with us as a species in the upcoming future. They are about our height, well-framed and seem to possess the appearance of an angelic anime character, many of which look highly multi-cultural. They are remarkably beautiful, gentle, intelligent, heart-centered and considerate.
They have a very healthy relationship with their technology, and are here to help us develop and evolve. They too came from primitive times, and are far more advanced than us currently. It is said that many of our social networking platforms were given to the Earth with the help of their stream of consciousness.
3) Sirian Hybrids
These hyper-sapiens are highly evolved, and according to the records have had a lot of contact with us since the beginning. They are said to be our Father Race, who came together to help create humans genetically. Many ancient prophecies and spiritual texts say extraterrestrials were involved in the creation of human beings.
The Sirius beings exist about 300 to 500-years into the future and are tens of thousands of years more advanced and evolved than our own race. They specialize in technology, architecture, sustainable energy and sacred geometry. Also, the being depicted in the movie Avatar are said to be very similar in appearance to Sirians.
They are about our height, though a bit taller overall, slender and have really defined muscles. They have a warm bluish tone to their skin, warm oval eyes, long fingers with precision dexterity.
4) The Pleiadians
The Pleiadian Hypersapiens are tall, round-faced, wide-eyed with soft yet detailed features. They are beautiful beings who are almost exclusively described as having blonder hair (if they do have hair) and blue eyes. It’s been said that many of us spent time on the Pleiades training and learning about life before coming to Earth, and many have said that’s where we are headed after Earth.
Their bodies function like finely-tuned delicate instruments which can pick up psychic signals streamed across the Universe. In this way if you work on psychically connecting with the Pleiadians, they can often be one of the most directly responsive & seemingly close by ETs we are in contact with.
The Pleiadians also have a diplomatic like-quality, as they are very involved with the Interstellar Alliance, supporting the development of seed races on other Planets and ensuring their progress of evolution for all. The Pleiadians are extremely gentle and loving and are an easy race to begin psychically contacting. They are readily available and always quick to respond and interact.
5) Arcturians
The most ancient race of our entire Milky Way Galaxy, the Arcturian Hypersapiens are a highly evolved race of alien beings. They are profoundly aware, innovative and experienced. It has been said that it was the Arcturian system that was first seeded in this galaxy, which initiated a series of descending races further into the galaxy, including our own inhabitation.

I recommend you create a time to meditate each day at the exact same time. Cleanse your space, get comfortable and take a few deep breaths. Create an invocation to welcome them into your space. And then just meditate…go quiet & listen. Perhaps ask a question and see what kind of responses you get.
As Max Plank once said, the number of minds in the universe is one. These beings have thousands and millions of years of evolution on us, so things like telepathy, ESP, and physic transmission are as easy for them as sending a radio signal is for us.
The ancients knew this

As life on the planet continues to evolve and expand, many are being called to align to their reason and purpose for this particular incarnation. Drink in the nectar of joy flowing to you from your divine essence. The inner expansion of your divine essence within you will require physical action in the next steps of your blessed journey. HOW TO VISUALIZE AND MANIFEST YOUR DREAMS IN 5 EASY STEPS
Here are a few tips on how to visualize your dreams effectively. Following these steps will help you use the Law of Attraction with success:
1) Be specific
In the initial stages of visualization, it’s best to identify as many aspects about this manifestation as you can. For example, if you want to attract a new car, take the time to figure out the exact model and all of the options that you would optimally want.
We’ve all had the experience of “almost” getting what we want, like getting the right car at the right price but in the wrong color. As you progress through these steps, the universe will start to bring you what you’ve been thinking about, and if you haven’t thought at all about a key detail, your dream might manifest without it.
Therefore, it is best to fully identify what you want so it manifests properly the first time, and you don’t have to go back to the drawing board after an “almost perfect” item has shown up in your reality.
2) Focus only on what’s wanted
When you are trying to visualize something to manifest (like maybe a new job), stick ONLY to the aspects that you want.
In other words, you wouldn’t want to be thinking during your visualization “I don’t want a lot of meetings” or “I don’t want a boss who’s a control freak.”
Thoughts like these will conjure an image in your mind of a lot of meetings or a controlling boss. Visions like these make it more likely that the universe will bring you a job that has these exact things that you do not want.
You get the things that you are thinking about, so in this scenario it would be better to say things like “I want a lot of time to work independently” or “I want a boss who is flexible and understanding.” Then, visualize working independently and having a flexible, understanding boss.
Manage your thoughts during your visualization to ensure that they focus only on the wanted.
3) Let the universe decide how it happens
Please make sure that you don’t spend any effort or time visualizing how your dream will manifest.
For example, let’s say that you want a 60 inch screen television. Do not make it part of your vision to imagine yourself going to the store and buying it.
The reason this is important is that the universe can deliver your dreams in an infinite number of ways. It may be easier and quicker for your dream to come in a way you’ve never considered.
Maybe you’ll win the television in a raffle your friend entered you in without your knowledge, or a coworker needs to move suddenly and simply gifts their brand new TV to you.
Stick only to the end outcome. It is your job to decide what you want, but it is the universe’s job to decide how to bring it to you.
4) Immerse yourself in the vision to feel like you have it
Once you have clearly identified exactly what you want, allow yourself to be totally immersed in the vision.
If it’s a dream vacation, do a google search and look at pictures on the internet of the destination, the airport you’d arrive in and the hotel you’d be staying at. If it’s a new cell phone, go to the mobile store and pick up the phone, look at it and play with it. If it isn’t something tangible, simply spend some time fantasizing about having it.
The goal here is to begin feeling like you already have what you want. Feeling as if you have your dream will bring you into the frequency of actually having it.
5) Let go
This is the most important step and the one most people get stuck on. After you’ve properly defined what you want and immersed yourself in the vision, you must let go in order for manifestation to occur!
Do not obsess over this visualization any more. You have done your job of visualizing exactly what you want, now you must send the universe a message that you expect for it to arrive.
Sitting down day after day to visualize sends a message that you are focused on not having what you want. Focusing on not having something creates a situation where it will continue not to come.
You’ve very likely had several experiences where you wanted something very badly for a long time and you just couldn’t seem to take your mind off of it. Finally one day you said “I give up on this! I’m ready to move on with my life!” and then WHAM! it manifested almost immediately.
Remind yourself of times like these to help you let go when you are working with your new dreams. Paradoxically, if you can make it ok for your dream not to come true, it will come true. Surrender your vision to the universe and then get back to living your life.
Again, to manifest your dream using the Law of Attraction, visualization is important, but you must take care to visualize in a way that draws your dream closer rather than pushes it away.
Please remember to be specific, focus on the wanted, let the universe decide the “hows,” immerse yourself in the feeling of having and (most importantly) let go when you have completed your visualization. If you can complete each of these steps you will be able to manifest your dreams quickly and easily!

An Inside into TOC – The Tools of Consciousness – by Arya C.Dix-Kühn
Although we experience FEAR as something very real, it isn´t. For not only believing but experiencing this, we have to stop our strategies of avoiding to feel the fear vibration, which none of us likes, when it is alredy there. This alone takes courage. Prefered forms of avoiding this “feeling”, are all kinds of distractions, as : working harder, senseless shopping, stunning with entertainment and informations, clinging on to others (preferable partners),using alkohol and drugs, and so on. We can say, everybody has a specific strategy for numbing the mind and feeling. The problem in doing so is, that the fear based thoughts and feelings are only repressed and continue operating from the “underground”. This can end up in sleeplessness, increasing stress levels, depression and unwanted results in our manifestations. Our manifestations always mirror the strongest vibration, that we are giving out. So it is most likely that we will attract with our repressed fear exactly the situation, which we wanted to avoid with our distraction strategies.
There are only 5 primarily essential frequencies in creation, which are: JOY, LOVE, COMPASSION, EASE and COURAGE. All other frequencies/feelings are only layered over these essential frequencies out of an illusionary state.
So, instead of avoiding the creation of illusion called “fear”, achnowledge the creation of it in the moment, realize it as a construction of the mind, projected into the future and for that, not being real in the moment…give space without thinking by only breathing…and by doing so, you will become aware of the dissolving of fear and the emergence of what was hidden under it, usually a sense of joy.
The transformation is not an act of your mind, so don´t miss the part of giving space, while just breathing calm and deeply, without thinking. The transformation happens by allowing consciousness and giving space.
Having done this, you can start to focus and act on that, what you really want and not on what you fear.

Hearts were made to be filled with Love.

All your blocks are coming up for release, that is why you keep experiencing them. It is frustrating for you, it tends to get you thinking that you are, as some of you might put it, “a waste of space,” not good enough, as you observe all those seemingly well-balanced individuals living normal productive and satisfying lives. Nothing could be further from the truth – NO ONE is a waste of space, although some may appear to be wasting time, wasting their lives – nothing anyone does is wasted, there is always a lesson to be learned, and it is always learned, if not in that moment, then eventually.
So, give yourself a break, as many as you feel like, because that is generally what you need. When you resist taking a break, when you fight the urge, you avoid the opportunity to experience something that has been buried or denied that needs to surface, be seen and be experienced, then it can be happily and easily released. That’s what blocks are, a call to allow something deep seated to emerge and be healed and released. But most of you have been well-trained to bury, deny, or fight them. Allowing them to take time to surface is not procrastinating, it is essential inner work, but when you judge yourselves you slow down or stop the process, and then it may seem that you are procrastinating.
Fighting does not work, only love works! How often do you have to be told that? You attempt to love others while condemning and blaming yourselves, and it cannot work because when you refuse to love yourselves you shut Love out of your lives. Love is your natural state, you need It. Shutting It out exhausts you leaving you fearful, angry, and resentful, then you project those negative feelings on to others in order to feel better, but that only makes you feel worse.
There is no other answer to all your problems, only Love, Love, Love; and then stillmore Love. And you have to start by accepting and loving yourselves. So why not do it now? Delaying makes no sense at all, it only adds to your dissatisfaction and unhappiness, or maybe causes you even more suffering.
Now, as you rapidly approach the moment of humanity’s awakening, is the time to release all your remaining ties to the illusion – fear, anger, bitterness, resentments, envies, unworthiness, unacceptability, judgments, etc. – and allow Love to fill your hearts. Hearts were made to be filled with Love, so open them up and let that happen. Many of you have experienced falling in love, or intense love for family or friends, and you know how good that feels; and this Love is everlasting, eternal, not even death intervenesor terminates It, so why shut It out?
It is the divine Will that you live permanently in a state of Love, and in truth you do, always, but you have chosen to hide It from your awareness. Without allowing It to fill your hearts you will never find satisfaction or contentment, you will just continue searching, in all the wrong places, for that elusive and seemingly unobtainable state. But It is right there at the center of your being, and It will never leave you because It is You.
You cannot, ever, escape from yourselves! Denying that you are Love, avoiding coming into contact with Love, burying the flame of Love that resides eternally within you is what causes all your fears, anxieties, angers, and conflicts. You feel alone, threatened, endangered, and so you attempt to protect yourselves either by surrounding yourselves with protective barriers (physical or psychological) or by attacking those whom you think threaten your survival, the “fight or flight” syndrome. But if all are One, as you most definitely are, then you can only be attacking yourselves, or defending yourselves from your selves, and that makes no sense at all. You all have the same needs and desires, and if you would only cooperate harmoniously, compassionately, and lovingly, all issues could and would be resolved.
It is but yourselves that you fear and defend against but, because of the skill with which you constructed the illusion, those fears seem very real, and you use your human bodies to maintainthe appearance of separation from one another, judging each other as different, strange, untrustworthy, and dangerous. You mostly belong to teams – families, religions, corporations, political parties, sports teams, nations – all of which appear to demand different loyalties that you have to support and defend against perceived enemies – other similar teams. And during those periods when there is no perceived outside threat, then you fight among yourselves. Fighting has become endemic, like a contagious disease that no one can escape. And your media builds up those fears of threat and conflict very aggressively to maintain the illusion.
You are all One, but the illusion hides this from you, magnificently, because, within it, you are all absolute masters in self-deception! The illusion is all about self-deception, because there is absolutely no one else to deceive. Once you begin to accept yourselves, including your shadow side, the parts you bury or deny, then realization dawns that no one else can do this for you and that no one else can prevent you from doing so. Self-acceptance is the greatest gift you can bestow upon yourselves, and if God accepts you unconditionally, as he most certainly does, then why would you not do likewise?
You were created perfect, as you have been told countless times, because whatever God creates is by its very nature perfect. Creation is the absolutely perfect demonstration of the infinite perfection of God, and the illusion is but an unreal attempt to separate yourselves from that eternal state of perfection, which is impossible because it is the only state that exists.
Stop hiding the Light of your perfection from yourselves and others, open yourselves to receive and bathe in the ongoing Love-stream in which you are totally immersed, and all your fears, worries, and anxieties will be washed away as It flows through you and aligns you with Reality in a completely harmonious integration with all of God’s children.
The only barriers to Love in your lives are those you yourselves have erected out of fear, and only you can lower them. Do so and let all the stress of maintaining them fall away, then peace will replace stress and you can give yourselves wholly to living, the reason for your creation in the first place. To be alive is to be awake, and signs of life are returning to your sleeping forms.

When I first saw this video a few years ago, the wisdom of this child brought me to tears. We are all born with an inherent knowing of truth – it’s actually more of a feeling; an internal guidance system. When we are allowed to grow up free of judgement and limitation, this is what happens!
A completely beautiful, open minded child who clearly understands the nature of the universe at such a young age. If our society was designed to support this kind of development, our world would be the utopia we all dream of. Freedom of the mind creates real freedom within reality. Let your children explore their imagination and open them to the truths of life.
