How to Change Our Self-Limiting Programs

In a recent conversation with cellular biologist Bruce Lipton, we had a chance to pose several questions directly from the UPLIFT community, creating a dynamic exploration of the power of our mind and heart to create our reality. The following is a glimpse into the conversation and Bruce’s powerful insight into how we overcome limiting thought patterns and subconscious programming to create a life, and a world, that we love.
The science behind our programmingOur Thoughts Don’t Stay in Our Head
Historically human brain waves and electrical activity were measured with a device called an electroencephalogram (EEG) which involved connecting wires and flat metal disks (electrodes) to the scalp of the person being studied. In more recent times, scientists have realized that the electrical currents occurring naturally in the brain can be read using a magnetoencephalogram (MEG) in the magnetic “field” outside of our body. As individuals, our thoughts are constantly creating this electromagnetic field which stretches well beyond the borders of our body. As Bruce tells us,
Our thoughts are not contained inside our head. When we have a negative thought, it’s not just a negative thought bouncing around in our head. It’s a broadcast. In the world of quantum physics, it’s an impulse that will return a similar response (The A string of my guitar activates the A string in yours, right?). What’s the relevance? There could be ten people out there – nine in a positive state of mind, one in a negative. If we send out a negative broadcast, who is going to pick it up? Not the nine positive people – they aren’t tuned to that frequency. Who is going to pick it up is the negative person. What happens if we activate a negative person with our negative broadcast? We bring them into our life!
Molecular Biologist Dr. Bruce LiptonAs Bruce points out, all of our ‘notes’ are broadcast out there. If we want to harmonise our negative thoughts with others in the same field, we can do that. “As you’re sitting in traffic, brewing up negative thoughts, you’re actually creating a negative future response before you even get there.
When we become aware of this, we can begin to catch ourselves and realize that we have a choice.” Because if we want to harmonize our thoughts with positive new possibility we can do that too, and we’ll find ourselves attracting a totally different orchestra.
Why do people get hooked on negative thoughts in the first place?
In short, because most of our thoughts come from subconscious programs. As Bruce explains, the challenge of catching ourselves in negative thought patterns is that “most of the time when we think, our conscious mind leaves the present moment. When we leave the present moment, our subconscious default programs kick in.”
Bruce estimates that 95% of our life we are running the default programs because “that is how much time we spend thinking. And most of these default programs are the disempowering, self sabotaging, limiting programs that we got during the first seven years of our life.”
Why do we get hooked on negative thoughts?Repetitive thoughts tell you right away that you are playing a program over and over again. That should be the alarm that says, “I’m playing the program.” And it’s a wake up call if you catch it. When you notice you are having repetitive thoughts, you’re playing a tape. And the moment you realize that, you can stop playing the tape. Now you’ve taken the power back. And you can choose to play something else. But if you don’t do something in that moment to take back the power then you’ll just drop back in and keep playing the default tape over and over again… and believe me, it doesn’t get better every time it plays!
How do we stop our negative thought process?
According to Bruce, the first step is to interrupt the pattern. That’s all fine and good, but with 50,000+ thoughts a day coming through each of our heads, the next question is, how can we possibly catch all the potentially negative thoughts and stop them from broadcasting?
It seems an impossible mission. And according to Bruce, it is an impossible mission for the brain alone. “When we use our mind we rationalize and use calculations. One thought leads to and connects with the next thought and that’s fine except that if you have one error in your processing, one faulty thought, your end result answer will be faulty.”
Fortunately there’s a greater power at play in each of our bodies, which has a broadcast capacity many times more powerful than that of our brain… It’s called the heart.
The overriding power of the Heart
According to HeartMath Institute Director of Research, Rollin McCraty, (in his paper Energetic Heart: Bioelectromagnetic Communication Within and Between People), “The heart is a sensory organ and acts as a sophisticated information encoding and processing center that enables it to learn, remember, and make independent functional decisions…” And the heart happens to generate the largest electromagnetic field in the body – about 60 times greater in amplitude than the brain.
In Bruce’s words, “What’s different about the heart is that the heart doesn’t do calculations. The heart reads energy.” And it’s a language available to all of us.
Our heart is more powerful than our brainThe first language of communication is energy. Vibration. There’s a whole range of energy we as humans feel, but essentially there’s two kinds of vibes. There’s good vibes and bad vibes. Bad vibes take away your energy and good vibes enhance your energy. The vibes don’t tell us the words, they don’t tell us the details or rational thought. They just tell us if this energy is good for us or bad. When an animal feels bad vibes what do you think it does? It moves away. How does it know? Because its life is based on energy. You have energy, you gain life. You lose energy, you lose life. This is the primal communication form of everything from bacteria to humans.
Trusting the vibration of our heart
According to Bruce, only we humans forgo reading and following that energy. Instead, we often go up into our heads and rationalize what we think we should do based on our mental analysis of the facts, often at the expense of what our heart knows and is telling us. When we consider how much further out into the field our heart energy reaches than the mind, it’s a wonder that we would ever listen to our thoughts above “the vibe”.
Even though it might not always make sense in the moment, according to Bruce, the heart path is the most direct path because the heart will always tell us where the energy is. “You can think about it all you want but when you come down to your final choice, put it in your heart and ask the question. Which one feels better? The one that feels better in your heart is already telling you the answer. Go with that one.”
As I’m listening to Bruce I find myself wondering how much time and energy would we save as humanity if we respected the wordless knowing in each other’s hearts and allowed ourselves to trust the energy of the heart in all of our collective endeavors.
In the challenging complex world we live in… how do we stay connected to the path of good vibrations?
The very best thing is to keep your mind and energy in the present moment – rather than doing all the thinking that we are so used to doing, which instantly pulls us out of the present moment and back into our programs. When we’re in the moment, we’re in the heart. It doesn’t mean everything is working perfectly, but it means we’re not terrorizing our self, because that’s where the real problems come from. When we brutalize our own system by being afraid and feeling victim, that’s when we know the subconscious is running, and we’re not running the show.
Living in the present momentThe Creative Power of Love
If you want to know what happens when we aren’t playing the default programs, go back to when you fell in love and tell me what it was like?
According to Bruce, the one time we all naturally keep our mind and heart in the present (often without knowing we are doing it) is when we fall in love. “It is the one time when we naturally stop playing the programs and start living from our conscious creative mind. If you have been dreaming about this relationship your whole life and all of a sudden it shows up, why would you be anywhere but the current moment?!”
In listening to Bruce, I recall when my wife Ash and I first met 21 years ago. At the time, there were all sorts of obstacles unfolding around us but it was as though none of those obstacles existed as something we were worried about. We were so captivated by the energy that was emerging between us that it felt like we were being carried by a wave above any challenges. In Bruce’s words, “The challenges were still there, but they didn’t take away your energy or joy because you were fully in the moment, literally able to transcend them.”
When we are having that love experience the conscious mind stays in front and that’s the moment of power. The moment we start thinking we go on autopilot and then we’re no longer driving the vehicle. You can feel it in your heart. If you are in a good place and you are in harmony and happy, you can feel it’s a really wonderful thing. But the moment you start to get into doubt and mistrust and fear you can feel that love and pleasure starts to disappear from your heart. You can feel it. It feels different. So during the day the basic question is, are you living in a troubled state of mind (which means you are really just calculating from programs) or are you present to, immersed in the moment and therefore the joy of life?
Immersing ourselves in the joy of lifeFalling in Love with Life
Most people believe that you die and if you live well you go off to someplace called heaven. I would like to suggest an alternative understanding, that we are born into heaven, and this present moment is a place where we are most creative. This is where we manifest our dreams. Most of our ideas of heaven are really based on their life on earth so to look for it somewhere else is silly. All the visions and dreams that we talk about are all doable right here.
So according to Bruce, we don’t need to try to fight the old story of what’s not working around us. We simply need to walk outside the old story and build a new story. “People will leave the old story when they see a new story working. Every individual who changes their own story, is changing the vibrational environment within which we all live.”

RSSLike anyone with their eyes open, I recognize the dangerously heated divide among people throughout our country and the world. I appreciate the high levels of engagement, and at the same time find the lack of open dialogue across worldview, and the outside provocateurs, to be unfortunate components of the recent activism. Nonetheless, I am encouraged by much of what I see happening in the world, and given my awareness of so much of the corruption, I wanted to explain why I feel optimistic.
As people who have seen THRIVE or follow Thrive Movement know, I am committed to following assumptions and money upstream, analyzing actions (not rhetoric) and assessing events through a lens of principles, not politics. In THRIVE we laid out how the U.S. was at risk of being subsumed by a globalist agenda, with individual sovereignty and personal accountability both being annihilated in the name of one-world governance and control. I continue to watch government land grabs for Agenda 21/2030, ramped up efforts to control the Internet, the move toward Bail-In legislation and the further authorization of the FBI to break into any computer anywhere, and more — all promoted by a media that is more than ever a megaphone for the globalists, the primary promulgators of “fake news.” So my optimism is not naive or absolute.
THROUGH THE LENS OF THE GLOBAL DOMINATION AGENDA (GDA)
I suggest the quickest path to find some sense of inner peace about the controversial Trump administration is to acknowledge and look through the lens we revealed in THRIVE — that a small, elite international cadre of sociopaths is hell-bent on creating a New World Order — a One World Totalitarian State with them in charge.
The “GDA” has been using the government takeover of Healthcare, Education, the TPP, NAFTA, WTO, the Fed, false flag imperialist wars, unlimited immigration, mandatory vaccines and flu shots, the destruction of the economy, suppression of free energy, promotion of Agenda 21/30, Global warming and global carbon tax, the UN front for a global state with the NATO enforcement arm, the consolidation of dishonest mainstream media fronting for the globalists and much more…to create the conditions to seduce us into their New World Order, one world government, totalitarian police state.
For all his crass, ego-filled tweets and rants, his undermining of women’s right to choose what happens with their own bodies, his support of fracking and nuclear and coal, his inclusion of Goldman Sachs reps and neocons in his cabinet as well his lack of unifying principles for his policies, Donald Trump is nonetheless the only person I know of who could have both been elected and then gone directly after virtually all of the corrupt and lethal deceptions (listed above) upon which the Global Domination Agenda is built and depends.
Amidst all the divided and conquered hatred and vitriol, this guy has just in his first month confirmed his support for auditing the Fed, busted up the Big Pharma monopoly on U.S. government health insurance drugs, called out the bias and lies of the mainstream news and taken steps to counter toxic vaccines and to eliminate what was poised to be a mandatory vaccine policy nation-wide. He has cancelled the Trans-Pacific Partnership and seems to be listening to people whose experience he has elicited.
There is increasing evidence that Trump, along with Xi Xinping and Putin, is a dealmaker and not a warmonger — actually looking for ways to strengthen America from the inside out, as opposed to the political tyrants and imperialists that have waged non-stop wars of aggression from Johnson through Obama.
SETTING DOWN THE SABRES
And there is real and increasing evidence that the world is waking up. Superpower world war has been avoided in Ukraine, in the South China seas and in Iran. The same powers that manipulated the U.S. taxpayer to support imperialist wars in Iraq, Afghanistan, Sudan, Libya and Yemen are finally being neutralized. Syria is stabilizing as the U.S. shadow government war monster has been called out with the whole world watching. This could have been a proxy standoff with both Russia and China that could have easily led to nuclear confrontation and holocaust.
The unfunded death-web of obligations that is NATO — which started out as an alliance of protection against the threat of communism — has become a tool of Western imperialism that obligates all members to participate in any war that is claimed to threaten any of them. With such a structure, a single false flag or set of propaganda lies could trigger the use of countless missile bases that the U.S. shadow government has been installing around Russia and China. Here, too, I see Trump helping to weaken the stranglehold of the GDA by unpacking some of the real motives and dismantling many of the risky structures.
INTERNATIONAL FINANCE MOVING TOWARD REALITY
Another source of optimism is in the international arena where, on the financial side, the BRICS countries (Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa) — especially China — are skillfully and patiently orchestrating a non-violent move toward asset-backed financial systems on a worldwide scale. Globalist and Trilateral Commission co-founder (with David Rockefeller) Zbigniew Brzezinski, in handbook for world empire, The Grand Chessboard, described the greatest threat to Western dominance to be the possibility of an emerging alliance in the East that would draw in other countries. Now it is happening, and the emergence of a multi-polar world, based on trade instead of conquest, is a profound move toward peace.

Gold, silver and other commodity backing are moving free market transactions to a real, accountable and common sense basis. This move, along with Bitcoin and other peer-to-peer transactions, undermines the whole basis for globalist, central banking power — the fraudulent and counterfeit monopoly on printing money with no basis in real value.
This means fiat, debt-based money is going away and that fractional reserve lending will decrease and ultimately disappear. Gold exchanges will be for real minerals, not inflated paper supposedly owned by many entities simultaneously. Deals are being done between nations at the multi-billion dollar level through gold rather than the illusionary petrodollar.
The war on cash, intended to create a global cashless society with total financial control in the grips of the bankers, is ramping up, but is also being exposed by alternative media and obsoleted by alternative currencies.
The Asia Infrastructure Investment Bank was launched with $200 billion in gold backing — and countries all over the globe are joining in, despite the U.S.’s attempts to discourage them from participating in this alternative to the IMF and the World Bank.

The Dragon Alliance of Asia is willing to share its vast gold resources with the West to erase the unpayable debts and reboot the global financial system in a healthy manner — if only the so-called “leaders” from the West are willing to cooperate with the rest of the world rather than try to continue to cheat and dominate it. I am told by representatives of the Asian Dragon Alliance, that, whereas the Obama administration as puppets for the Rockefeller/Rothchild cabal blocked this offer at every turn, Donald Trump is reportedly aligned with potentially the biggest and most important deal in human history. We are watching this closely.
THE SWORD OF TRUTH CUTTING AWAY THE B.S.
The desperate attempt by the would-be controllers to censor and suppress dissident opinions and information, and especially to cover up their agenda for global domination and the international pedophilia rings which are used as a control mechanism to scare and steer their puppets in positions of power, are finally coming to light. Drumming up the term “fake news” (replacing the no longer credible smear of “conspiracy theory”) is blowing up in the face of the would-be dominators as it brings to light the countless ways they have been creating their own fake news propaganda to manipulate our behavior.
Readership and profits of the Washington Post and New York Times have plunged into the red as the masses turn to alternative media for any semblance of what the heck is really going on. The desperation is blatant when the control cabal has to send self-admitted liar-before-congress James Clapper back to congress to tout Internet censorship, and to counter Trump’s calling out of the “blame the election on Russia” ruse.
The attempts to censor and shut down truth-tellers like Alex Jones, Mike Adams and Ben Swann show the desperation of the would-be controllers to keep the truth about conspiracies, banking schemes, toxic pharmaceuticals, pseudo-foods, and pedophilia from coming to light. But it won’t work. Major exposés of pedophile rings among so-called “leaders” are happening in England, the Netherlands, Indonesia, Canada and are even beginning in the U.S. with “Pizza-gate,” Los Angeles and others. Exposing their role in pedophilia provides an understandable and acceptable basis on which vast numbers of the psychopathic controllers are being and will continue to be arrested and taken out of positions of power.
PIVOT TOWARD SOVEREIGNTY
We are seeing a dramatic global turn by awakening people away from the corrupt rule of increasingly centralized power. It is expressing itself in Brexit, the Trump election, the probable Frexit in France (and we will be seeing more in Europe). Many do not know what to turn toward, because they do not yet recognize that it is the State itself that creates, condones and constructs the tyranny of the few over everyone else. But even without realizing this, the arc is toward increasing sovereignty. It’s a turn away from globalism toward nationalism and toward localism that will, if allowed, continue until it finds the true unit of human wholeness — which is the individual, not the abstraction of “the group.” Meticulously honoring the intrinsic rights of the individual is what leads to true, voluntary community — which in fact best honors the needs of most people.
WORLD-CHANGING TECH
Kimberly and I are privileged to have met and vetted numerous geniuses with authentic and historic breakthroughs in health, energy, justice, environment, agriculture, economics and more. There is a tragic war on holistic doctors that has taken out more than 60 of them in the last year and a half — especially those working on effective natural treatments for cancer and exposing the autism/vaccine connection. This lethal battle is being waged in virtually every Sector, but that too is being exposed and skilled, principled professionals are focusing their efforts on protecting those who are bringing whole system breakthroughs to humanity. Many of our best healers are in hiding offshore after attempts on their lives, but we are working diligently with others now to create safe, legal systems and models to bring their offerings out. As the corrupt exoskeleton of the would-be controllers is crumbling, that will be accelerating. As it is, around the world, and finally even in the U.S., awareness and resistance are emerging on GMOs, glyphosates and chemtrails. Monsanto stock is plunging.
END OF EMPIRE
We are seeing not only the end of the American Empire but arguably of the whole concept of Empire. The Clintons, Bushes, Rockefellers and Rothschilds as well as the likes of Kissinger, Cheney, Blair, Sarkozy and Brzezinski are being exposed, some having to limit their travel and fearing their own arrests and incarceration for a myriad of crimes and abuses.
FREEDOM RISING — Light at the End of the Statist Rabbit Hole
Perhaps most importantly of all, an understanding of the distinctions, history and potential of true liberty and the Non-Aggression Principle is blossoming all over the world. For example, Stefan Molyneux, arguably history’s most advanced philosopher, had over 100 million downloads and views of in-depth material through his website in 2016. Even the so-called “alt right”, many of whom are still mired in the dogmas of religion and nationalism, but are otherwise devoted to anti-globalism, free speech, free but accountable markets, honest banks and individual sovereignty, is having a vast effect on hundreds of millions of young people worldwide and has a strong influence on the incoming U.S. presidential administration. Many on both sides of the political divide are feeling shaken and embarrassed by the brazen, anti-free speech violence perpetrated by so-called Antifa and black bloc elements — especially at U.S. universities as happened with the Milo Yiannopoulos event in Berkeley — the birthplace of the free speech movement! In Brazil, fast growing organizations among the youth are waking others up — through protests, education and clever social media campaigns — to the fact that socialism is dangerous — NOT cool, but protecting equal rights for everyone is what will work. More and more signs are appearing among the young at protests saying “Less Marx, More Mises!”
Acknowledging some of the significant good that I see Trump doing is not a blanket endorsement of his policies. I see a host of unprincipled violations in addition to the ones mentioned above: ignoring Israel’s treatment of Palestine, allowing water-threatening pipelines without sufficient safeguards, proposing “taking” Iraq’s oil, etc. (Releasing free energy tech will obsolete the whole issue of invading countries to take their oil.) However, for me, the key to separating out his ethical actions from his immoral policies is the compass of the Non-Aggression Principle — not partisan politics.
TURNING THE LIGHT ON SECRET SOCIETIES
More international good news: Secret societies are getting exposed — including the Council on Foreign Relations, Trilateral Commission, Bilderberg group, Roundtable, Royal Institute of international Affairs, Opus Dei, the Masons, Jesuits, Knights Templar, Parushim, Skull and Bones and on and on. People are waking up to why these powerful societies have to be secretive — that domination of human lives requires covert means, sexual exploitation and fraudulent accumulation of wealth and power. The light of truth, through the Internet and alternative media, is beginning to cleanse this scourge on humanity and protect countless lives both young and old.
I believe we have dodged a major bullet this election cycle with the still emerging rise of Socialism duping a caring but gullible and uninformed youth movement — seduced once again with the same false promise of free stuff — healthcare, education, housing, welfare etc. — that led thousands into tyranny, torture, starvation, murder, and wars in the Soviet Union, Germany, China, Vietnam, Cambodia, Chile, Argentina, Venezuela and many more.
Fortunately, I could go on and on about all of the signs that I am seeing that the life force is breaking through the concrete of oppression, speaking truth to power and lifting the veils of illusion that have kept human beings willingly voting for and paying their slave masters for centuries. This is going to be a year like no other. We could see free energy released, the waters decontaminated and coral reefs beginning to be restored, extraterrestrial contact disclosed, the Fed audited, the mainstream media held to account for their lies, financial systems restored to honest voluntary exchange, a surge in jobs and prosperity, humanitarian projects funded worldwide, cures for cancer, AIDS, ALS, MS, chronic fatigue, Parkinson’s and more supported and unleashed…
PRINCIPLES OF PEACE — SCIENCE OF LOVE
The power of reason and truth and the evolution of consciousness are ultimately unstoppable. They are who we are, and I feel grounded in my confidence that in my lifetime I will see at least the tipping point toward a global civilization based on integrity, true freedom and unprecedented voluntary collaboration dissolving illusionary boundaries and limitations.
The human family is still deep in strife — but now with the capability to blow ourselves off the face of the Earth. We are having to learn the principles of peace — and they are centered in the Non-Aggression Principle and moving beyond the superstition of having to be ruled. Sovereignty with accountability is the key to unleashing our suppressed creativity, aligning with natural forces and liberating the already existing solutions in every Sector of human behavior. This is the science of Love applied. This can manifest heaven on Earth — in our lifetimes.

Humanity IS awakening! There numerous signs of this appearing all across the planet, signs that are plainly visible except to those who choose to remain unaware or in denial about the true nature of humanity – that humans are immortal spiritual beings having a temporary and limited physical experience embodied as humans. There are indeed many who, being unaware of their spiritual essence, see only the physical world and wish to remain harshly judgmental of those with whom they disagree due to their own intense inner sense of unworthiness from which they can only hide or escape by projecting that unworthiness out onto others. But, as compassion for others becomes more and more widespread, those onto whom they angrily project their fears are refusing in increasing numbers to fight back or defend themselves. That is an enormous change in attitudes.
Love envelops you all in every moment, It is the life force that flows through your bodies empowering you, and even if you deny It or refuse to acknowledge It, It is always with you because It is what you are and you can never be separated from It. This enormous change in attitudes is a direct consequence of so many of you acknowledging your true nature and embracing it. Yes, the world in which you operate as humans offers you many distractions from the truth of this, but in quiet moments, as you acknowledge it, you intensify your awareness of it, and that gives you the strength and perseverance to deal competently and satisfactorily with the human issues with which you all have to deal.
Many of you are feeling drained at present because, as your core issues arise to be acknowledged and released, you are quite shocked by the unloving even violent thoughts that arise into your awareness. You may wonder where they could be coming from, since your intent is to be only loving, honoring, respectful and compassionate of others, and yet these thoughts are present encouraging you to judge or condemn those you see suffering and in pain, and who you feel guided to assist. It seems insane, very confusing, even intensely disturbing. And it is, but the game of separation that has been ongoing for eons has been very violent and cruel. Within the collective those thoughts of vengeance, resentment, bitterness, and the desire for judgment, condemnation, and punishment of those who have engaged in violent behavior, and who are responsible for causing severe suffering and pain to others, remain and need to be released for healing of the collective to occur.
That is what is happening right now. All across the world there are places in which conflict, severe pain, and suffering are happening as a result of humanity’s long held belief in being right and making others wrong and then inflicting suffering upon them to “teach them a lesson.” As you awaken you begin to understand that that kind of arbitrary behavior only builds endless and repetitive cycles of bitterness and resentment, leading to more of same, as your history so clearly demonstrates.
You are Love, and only Love. Those in the spiritual realms keep reminding you of this, and you keep on forgetting, and so we remind you yet again. Small children learn by repetition, and in spiritual terms you are small children and so you need to be constantly reminded that you are all, without exception, the beloved children of God, until you choose to accept that divine truth and operate from it instead of from the unreal persona that you constructed to present to others while experiencing life in the illusion. The persona, behind which so many hide because they are afraid of the apparent weakness that a tender loving person displays, needs to be discarded because it is a defense mechanism that believes in the unreal – separation.
As long as you cling to unreal personas, or masks, so long will you shut out the Love that is your true nature and live in fear. You are often aware of the false personas that others present to the world while remaining unaware of or in denial of your own. Or you believe you are your persona, as so many do, and use it to appear as a strong and competent adult. On the other hand most of you have at some time in your lives met and been influenced, even if only very briefly, by someone who operates only from within the state of Love. That encounter will have left its mark on you, and you will never have forgotten it because the person seemed so powerful and at peace with herself, and you all want to own that powerful sense of self.
That state is available to you if you will surrender your personas, your unreal masks, and allow the Love that is you to flow freely through you. When you do you will find peace and contentment, and it is only through doing that that you will find peace and contentment. But you are afraid to do so because you assume you will be used, betrayed, attacked, or in other ways hurt if you open yourselves in such apparent vulnerability. The thing is that once you find the courage to try it you will find that through allowing yourselves to be apparently vulnerable you are in fact invulnerable. Love cannot be hurt!
When you open yourselves in Love you have nothing to hide, you are just you – open, honest, trustworthy – and all feel safe and honored in your presence because your energy field is loving instead of judging and threatening.
The awakening process is the decision and the choice to unburden yourselves by releasing the false or distorting masks or personas behind which you have collectively been hiding in fear for eons, and then purely being you. It is an extremely freeing choice to make because, once made and acted upon, you will find yourselves freer than you have ever been, even though nothing in your surroundings seems to have changed.
When you go within daily to your holy inner sanctuaries to meditate, pray, or just find a moment’s peace, open your hearts in that moment to the Love that is ever-present there and ask for support so that you may find the courage to be open and loving in every moment during your day. You will immediately feel the support that is offered to you twenty four seven. Then let go, release your grip on your persona or mask, and the fear it hides, and greet the world outside with a smile and enjoy the response that results. Everyone wants only to be accepted and loved, if you go out lovingly into the world what you offer will be reflected back to you a hundredfold.

Higher timelines to support each’s next phase of the human’s SOUL JOURNEY now….. Yes, each aspect experiences this very differently. The more human, the more physical. The more SOUL, the more it’s all JUST ENERGY….
At first, everyone had to work to get their heart open… not a little bit, all of the way (and many are still in this part of the process now). Every bit of emotional everything has to cleanse the cellular body. Each emotion partnered with a thought or belief of separation (unconsciousness). This created duality/dualistic realities until all unifies and merges back into the PURITY OF LOVE within.
Higher consciousness existence means your mind too. The higher mind is very different than the human mind and each must learn/remember how to function using the HIGHER MIND which is the observer through the higher heart. It’s awareness that was not there before. It’s a connection with all things as ONE, it’s you as your higher self observing the outside world with new eyes and seeing what you did not have the capability to before.
Realities interactive, all connected energetically. Messages in everything for that “matrix” is yours and it’s up to you to decode it, understand it, listen to everything and be fully present like never before.
As SOULS, we are slow, present, totally in-tune with the energy of everything. WE are observers, the watchers and we hear/see/feel with every sense, in every direction.
Time ceases to exist, for we are not bound by the constraints of time anymore. We learn to maneuver these energetically and learning a whole new way of functioning BEYOND THE PERCEPTIONS OF the separation of time. Mastering “Time” is a part of becoming a MASTER again. We slow it all down, bring it all to a halt and move in unison… We can speed our bodies up and accomplish at a rate that boggles the human’s mind, for we do not have the delay that we used to, for that delay was the separation of our heart/mind/soul before….. As UNIFIED LIGHT BEINGS we dictate and move accordingly. WE speed up and slow down in unison with the cosmos, from inside. We can move in any direction and across all dimensions simultaneously just through our presence….
As collectives ascend and come out on the other side to walk in higher vibrational realities, everything speeds up & slows down differently here. If the human kicks in and tries to inner-fear with the process, it will overload, fry, get shut down.
These mega-high vibrations dictate realities now. Where each has come to function this “new way” (as a multi-dimensional and embodied highest aspect selves), it’s easy and we know no other way. Energy is who we are at our core and it’s where we function from in everything that we are and do.
The other day the words were “All new energies now rule”…. and what became visible was beautiful and the experiences too. Collectively we’ve accomplished so much, individually too. The days of the old are gone (this is continually true here). The Phoenix Energies of continual death/rebirth are in every moment/thing…. The moment new awareness comes through, the old is gone…if each allows it to be and shifting into a higher timeline is easy where one chooses this.
We’ve been dealing with the “catch your breath” remnants of the whirlwind of massive Super Quantum Timeline Jumps recently too. A fresh new starting point and the ability to synchronizes on a higher plane of existence and a new space to move from… in every direction.
Observing the unraveling and deconstruction phases is challenging for our human, yet as SOULS we understand that this part of the process is necessary and has bee coming for matrix-bound collectives ready to break out and expand beyond. The human will move to fear when the physical is shaken or no longer able to be controlled in the old ways anymore. WE are here to hold the higher timelines in place so that those ready can choose to exit easier than we experienced (part of being a forerunner).
There is nothing that is not touched by Awakening/Ascension and the anchoring of higher dimensional realms in our physical here. Our jobs, relationships, income, security, safety, purposes…. all get completely reworked in order to align with our CHOSEN SOUL EXPERIENCE HERE. The EMBODIMENT process is a whole body/whole mind/whole everything REALity process that is continually increasing vibrationally in strength, power and duration. This is an evolution of our whole existence here…. from amnesiac human to fully conscious Galactic Souls in a continually upgrading, re-calibrating, re-coding, re-everything physical form here.
Let the BS go, observe your own human’ness, figure out where you are still holding out/holding back, come together and honor your own physical embodiment process above all.
I speak of being in-service a lot, because our whole existence will be intentional in-service once we exit the matrix of “service to self”. Yet this is a process too. We have to honor and love ourselves fully, what we need to activate/integrate and as humans, we have to learn to maneuver multiple dimensions simultaneously, MASTERING each one of them. This is the challenging part, for our human isn’t going to like it or understand it at all. It’s meant to push our limits, for those are all human creation and held inside the body…. and becoming “without limits” means that we don’t believe the limits anymore. Yet, every moment will be challenging your little human to transcend all of those believed limits and moving beyond them in every capacity.
You will come to understand when to push through (as your higher self) and when to stop, let it all go and just BE, sleep to integrate, honor you. The human aspect doesn’t like any part of this process, for the whole thing is about dissolving all of that separation and those mentalities fully and functioning as your highest aspect you… ALL OF THE TIME. We understand the purpose of discomfort and we step into this every time. We recognize the illusion of fear as a cellular held program and we bring it up and out of the body intentionally so that the whole reality that would have been created from fear/doubt/judgment can dissolve too and so a whole new timeline/reality can materialize instead….
How you work will change too. Your mind won’t work like it did before. It’s not supposed to. You’ll have to learn the “new ways” of doing this too. Your relationships, how you support yourself… all of this will transition into NEW WAYS too. Communication as your pure self is necessary to connect with others who function from this space too.
Total responsibility and accountability, for there is no “escaping” energetically/vibrationally anymore. Cause and effect… what you transmit out is what you experience when that vibration arrives. It’s up to you to transmit AS LOVE, as a PURE DIVINE BEING OF LIGHT and let the drama/chaos/distractions go… focus your energy on what is important to you, apply yourself and ALL OF THE MASTERY TOOLS available and come together like never before.
These are vibrational realities of UNITY …. no more unconsciousness is tolerated by those who are fully conscious. We will open the portal/doorway/gateway (as Gatekeepers we can do this easily), yet you will not find us getting caught up in anything of the old anymore. We nip it in the bud, we go/move on, because it does not serve a purpose for any of us to play in unconscious realities anymore. Those reverberate back faster & stronger INSTANTLY now.
For those who hold the capABILITY (yes one of our many abilities here), we intentionally collapse all timelines that are not built on the infrastructures of GALACTIC NEW EARTH ENERGIES of deep purity, love, respect, unity, consideration, contribution, joy, harmony, peace and all things highest consciousness now. WE are here to accomplish what has never been accomplished before. We have instructions and duties and missions and purposes to fulfill/complete FOR US ALL.
Technically, those realities have already occurred. We have access to the hows and why’s and it’s up to each one of us to bring those higher timelines into physical form here now. ♥

I’ve pulled way back and am LIGHT’ening my own schedule too, so that I can regroup and accomplish in many ways and with all of those who have stepped up/forth to be a part of our magnificent new too! I’ve put all new coaching clients requests on a waiting list and will send out replies/announcements when these are available again. I’ve minimized personal sessions, added some courses for those ready to UNDERSTAND the SIMPLICITY of our new existence and gain the tools to apply for easier maneuvering too. We have much awesomeness to announce as it all unfolds to be an actual physical reality (human plays in promises and expectations, yet actions and energy are what speak to us).
There is a part of this process that each has to WANT TO UNDERSTAND…. this activates a whole new phase of moving into “absorbing” the information, seeking it (even obsession which is important when our soul has awakened inside of our bodies). Once we have read enough, watched the videos and “learned” enough, it’s time to APPLY IT ALL to how we live …. IN EVERY MOMENT… As humans, we become continual students, because everything teaches us/shows us/brings us new awareness. Only when our heart/mind close do we stop learning/listening/caring and this action alone triggers a whole different set of parallels to play out for us.

I’ve stopped posting on FB first, because when my work schedule goes into “intense mode”, everything else has to be let go and I have to focus all of my own energy to get through it all and honor me/my processes and Gatekeeper duties too.
